Anna Margaret “Marge” Arnold, 82, of Brookville, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at the DuBois Nursing Home in DuBois, PA. 

Marge was born in DuBois, PA, on November 5, 1939, to the late Ward and Nellie Ross. She graduated from the Brockway High School, Brockway, PA.  On August 29, 1977, she married Paul Arnold at the Brockport United Methodist Church in Brockport, PA, who preceded her in death after thirty-seven years of marriage, in 2014. She attended the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Punxsutawney, PA.

During her lifetime, she was the owner of the Rainbow Distribution Center in Brookville, PA. Marge then continued to work for various marketing companies until she retired in 2017. She enjoyed riding motorcycles during her free time with her husband. Marge and her loving husband rode their motorcycles across the US. She loved all her pet dogs, especially her consistent companion German Shepherd, Ace.

Marge is survived by five children; John “Rick” (Terri) Carion of Sigel, PA, Terry Carion of Winfield, AL, Tami Amatrone of Mechanicsburg, PA, Wendy (Greg) Coder of Brockport, PA, and stepson Brett (Rhonda) Arnold of Punxsutawney, PA; nine grandchildren, Georganne Uplinger, Melissa Savilla, David Lundberg, Elizabeth Jenkins, Michael Amatrone, Timothy Amatrone, Michele Hughes, Jennifer Cativera, and Carrie Reynolds; twenty-one great-grandchildren; her German Shepherd, Ace; as well as many numerous relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Marge is also preceded in death by one son; Mitch Carion; one son-in-law; Chris Amatrone; one daughter-in-law; Susan Carion; and one stepson; Scott Arnold.

Friends and family will be received on Saturday, July 23, 2022, from 11 am – 1 pm, at the Carrier Funeral Home, 2834 Maplevale Rd., Brookville, PA 15825. A funeral service will take place immediately following the viewing, also at the funeral home, beginning at 1 pm, and officiated by Pastor Paul Houseworth. A private burial will take place at Beechwoods Cemetery, Falls Creek, PA.
