Barton "Bart" Andrew Moore

Barton Andrew Moore, age 85, of Allens Mills, PA, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2024, at the McKinley Health Center in Brookville, PA. Barton was born in Hazen, PA, on September 9, 1939, to the late Charles Anthony and Mildred Eliza (Smith) Moore.

After high school, Bart proudly served as a sergeant in the United States Army from 1957 to 1964. Until he retired, he devoted his entire career to the roofing industry.

Bart most enjoyed the outdoors when hunting with his preferred firearms.

Bart is survived by one sister; Ruth (Moore) Halcomb; as well as numerous friends.

In accordance with Bart’s wishes, all services will be held privately. Interment will take place privately at the Temple Cemetery, Warsaw Township, Jefferson Co., PA. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carrier Funeral Home, 2834 Maplevale, Rd., Brookville, PA 15825.
